NCL Transitários e Viagens S.A. has the registration nr 2686, issued by Turismo de Portugal to exercise the activity of travel agencies, being regulated by the provisions of DL 61/2011 of May 6, in its current essay.
We are members of APAVT – Portuguese Association of Travel and Tourism Agencies with nr 1363.
The sale of trips obeys a certain number of rules, duties of information as contained in the general conditions provided by APAVT, which fully comply with the obligations set forth in DL 61/2011 of May 6.
Terms of Provision of Services and Transport of Goods Insurance:
NCL Transitários e Viagens S.A. has the license nr 900531, issued by the IMT for the exercise of the transit activity, valid until April 8, 2020.
We are members of APAT – Association of Freight Forwarders of Portugal with nr 537.
The Transit Activity is regulated by Decree Law 255/99 (version 27-08-2013), whose text was consolidated with the changes introduced by Law 5/2013.
Our services are provided in accordance with the “General Conditions of Provision of Services by Transit Companies”.
